General questions about the online early booking system

What is the Online Early Booking Bonus? How does it work?
With the Ski amadé Online Early Booking Bonus you have the chance to get your ski pass in advance at a lower price. Simply select the desired period and type of ski pass and you will then see the best price straight away.

What is the best price?
The best price is the price displayed in the Online Ticketshop. You can be sure that this will always be the lowest possible price for the selected period and ski pass.

Do my Ski amadé Friends get even cheaper ski passes?
No. In the Online Early Booking Bonus there is a quota for everyone. However, as a my Ski amadé Friend you will always be the first to receive information on benefits and can therefore get a head start on information. Sign up for the Friends Club Newsletter right here: www.skiamade.com/my

For which types of ski passes does the Online Early Booking Bonus work?
The Online Early Booking Bonus is available for all multi-day ski passes from 2 to 18 days and selected day passes. There is no Online Early Booking Bonus for the Ski amadé ALL-IN Card White and the Super Ski Card ski passes.

Does everyone get a discounted ski pass?
The contingent for the Online Early Booking Bonus is limited. To get the best price or a discounted ski pass, we recommend booking early. The time at which the quotas are used up varies greatly due to different factors, such as demand, the type of ski pass (whether a day pass or a multi-day pass) or the desired period (holiday period, weekday, etc.).

Can discounted ski passes only be bought online or also on site at the ticket office?
Discounted ski passes under the Online Early Booking Bonus can, as the name suggests, only be purchased online. Discounts such as the Junior Weekend Bonus, the Family Bonus from the 3rd child or group prices are still available at the ticket office.

How far in advance do I have to buy my ski pass in order to get a discount?
The point at which the quotas are used up varies due to different factors such as demand, the type of ski pass or the desired time period. No indication can be given as to how much earlier you need to book a ski pass in order to get a discounted ski pass. To get the best price or a discounted ski pass, we recommend booking early.

Can children/youths also benefit from the Online Early Booking Bonus?
Yes, whether you are buying for yourself or your children - discounted ski passes via the Ski amadé Online Early Booking Bonus are available for every age group. Simply select the right ski pass (adult, child, youth) and get the best price.

Will the Junior Weekend Bonus continue to be available for families?
The Junior Weekend Bonus will continue to be offered to families. Children and youth always get a cheaper price at the weekend:


The Junior Weekend Bonus cannot be combined with the Online Early Bird Bonus.

What payment options do I have when buying online?

Tickets can be purchased in the online shop using Apple Pay or a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, Maestro). For credit card payments, the 3D Secure security procedure is mandatory. This procedure provides additional protection for your online payments. If your card is not enabled for 3D Secure, the purchase cannot be completed. To use 3D Secure, you must register for this service with your card-issuing bank.

Where can I pick up my All-In Card White or SuperSkiCard?

The ALL-IN Card White can be loaded onto an existing KeyCard (except U25). If you do not have a KeyCard, you can pick up your card at any Ski amadé ticket office by presenting your order confirmation.

Please note: It is not possible to collect the ALL-IN Card White or the SuperSkiCard at a ticket machine.

How do I get a day or multi-day ticket?

Day and multi-day tickets can be loaded onto an existing KeyCard. If you do not have a KeyCard, simply select “Pick up on site” when booking: Using the QR code sent to you by email, you can print your ticket at any Ski amadé ticket machine and start enjoying the slopes immediately.

Please note: All tickets in your shopping cart will always be printed together at the machine.

Tip: Under “YOUR Gastein KeyCard”, you can order a personalized KeyCard that can be reloaded online at any time.

Day and multi-day tickets cannot be sent by post.

Can I top up my my Ski amadé Friends Club card in this online ticket shop?

Yes, it’s possible. Simply select the option to top up KeyCard and enter the number of the my Ski amadé Friends Club card.

Is a refund of the ski pass possible in case of illness or injury?

A refund is only possible in the event of illness or injury. A medical certificate from a local doctor or hospital must be provided, and the ski pass must be returned immediately at one of the main ticket offices in the Ski amadé area. The amount of the refund depends on the purchase price and the already used duration of the ski pass. No refund is available for ski passes valid for one day or less.

How does a cancellation with a cancellation guarantee work?

A cancellation is only possible if a cancellation guarantee was purchased at the time of booking. It cannot be added afterward. For tickets without an online early-bird bonus, no cancellation guarantee can be applied.

Multi-day ski passes

Is it possible to pick up individual online tickets at the ticket vending machine? Are already produced online tickets still cancellable?

At the ticket machines, all tickets in a shopping cart are always printed together. If you wish to pick up tickets separately, a separate order is required.

Online tickets that have already been issued can only be cancelled if they have not been used, a cancellation guarantee was purchased at the time of booking, and the applicable cancellation deadline is observed.


Which discounts are available in the ticket shop?

Family bonus:


With the Family Bonus, the 3rd child and each subsequent child receives a free ski pass. Please note that the free family ticket (3rd child free) is not available in the online ticket shop. In the ticket shop, a purchase of at least one parent and the first two children or adolescents for the same period of validity is required! The family-free card can be purchased at one of our ticket offices on presentation of the purchase confirmation from the online ticket shop and proof of family affiliation.


Junior Weekend Bonus:
The Junior Weekend Bonus will continue to be offered to families. Children and young people always get a cheaper price on weekends:



Easter family promotion from March 14th, 2025 until the end of season: 

From March 14, 2026 to the end of the season Easter Bunny has prepared a special package for families in Ski amadé. Children up to 15 years (born 2010 or later) old ski for free, if at least one parent buys a 6-day ski pass.
Please note that the Easter family special cannot be combined with the Online Early Booking Bonus.
