How does the online ticket purchase work?

Single tickets for the Schlossalm, Graukogel and Stubnerkogel as well as hiking swing tickets are available in the online ticket shop. Choose the type of ticket, enter your email address and pay by credit card (Attention: 3D-Secure requireable). After purchasing the tickets, you will receive a confirmation email with the ticket, which gives you direct access to the lift.

May I buy severeral lift tickes in one transaction?

Yes you can easily buy the ticket for your children, family or friends in one single transaction.

We will store your information and connect your various tickets into one single useraccount. Your ticket and associated family and friends can easily be administered. Next time you want to buy a ticket there will be no need register keycard numbers and names.

What about kids?

Infants born in 2019 and later travel free when accompanied by an adult. A ticket purchase is required for children (2009-2018).

Are dogs allowed to ride the gondola for free?

Yes, you do not have to pay for dogs. Dogs may be transported free of charge here: Schlossalm (Bad Hofgastein), Stubnerkogel and Graukogel (Bad Gastein) as well as in Sportgastein

Is there a discounted price for ascents and descents online?

Yes, the price for the ascents and descents is always cheaper in the online ticket shop than on site. Tip: Book early and save money!

Which mountain is best suited for people with disabilities?

The Stubnerkogel is the most recommended in summer, as you can visit the unique suspension bridge without any problems. There is also the Glocknerblick viewing platform, as well as the Fun Center. Through the summit restaurant a refreshment is also secured. Further information can be found on our website.

What payment options do I have when I purchase online?

The purchase in the online ticket shop is made by payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Visa Debit, Maestro). 3D-Secure is mandatory and protects your credit card payments in online shops. If there is no 3D-Secure on the card, the payment cannot be completed in the ticket shop. If you want to use 3D Secure, you must register for this procedure with the card issuing bank.
